Synopsis:

 "Cascabel" tells the story of two friends who want to make their dreams true. Luz, a young girl who wants to be a singer, fails in his first audition in a record company in Madrid. Frustrated, she returns to her village. There, a childhood friend, Cascabel, a composer too, is not willing to give up music. The impositions of their families, a possessive and jealous father who made a bracelet with a bell to control his daughter, and a very oppressive rural atmosphere represent a hazard for the plan Cascabel has conceived to reach her dreams.
