Synopsis:

In 1879, Bolivia lost its access to the sea in a war. “When she was a child she did not understand how we had lost the sea, she thought that the Chileans had taken it in buckets and that in the end she gave them laziness and they left a piece, Lake Titicaca. Puerto Escondido is a travel itinerary towards interior landscapes, myths, characters and contradictions, in a country that every day remembers this loss”.
Documentary that is built from different narrative atoms, contradictions that as Bolivians we have about our idea of the sea. Hybrid history of family archives and material filmed today, which is being woven.
